All children must be handed over to their swimming teacher at the start of the lesson and be there to receive the child from the teacher at the end of the lesson.
Parents/ guardians must remain on the premises, but not on poolside for the duration of the swimming lesson unless in an exceptional case teacher or receptionist has been made aware that they may have to go somewhere, but must be contactable at all times.
In the case of private swimming lessons the parent/guardian must stay on poolside during lesson. If you are going to be missing a private lesson, we would like swimmers to notify swim 21 training at a minimum two hours before the lesson is scheduled.
Classes for each term must be paid by the first date of the term.
Lessons cannot be rescheduled or carried over.
Refund policy
If there is a course cancellation this will be communicated as soon as possible and credit will be given. In regards to refunds, a full refund can be given if swim 21 training is notified 14 days prior to the course start date once a course has begun no refund will be offered as that space has been taken

- Correspondence not relating to a contract will be retained for 1 year following its creation.
- Records and documents relating to contracts and insurance policies will be retained for 7 years after the end of the contract or policy.
- Information and documents relating to unsuccessful job applicants will be retained for 6 months from date of notification to the candidate.
- Other Information will be kept for periods as defined in our retention policies which can be provided on request.
- Where we gain consent to use images in our marketing and social media activities, we will retain this consent for a period of 12 months after the last use of the image.

- Aggregate information on the usage of our website will be passed to third parties but this will not include data that can be used to identify a natural person.
- Where we do collect personal information this will be stored on the systems of our software cloud service providers in the UK. We have checked and will continue to check that these providers implement appropriate security measures to protect this data.
