Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers
What age are your children’s swimming lessons for?
Our lessons are ideal for children aged 4½ years and up. Whether your child is a total beginner or has some experience, our goal is to help them become confident, safe, and happy in the water through structured, fun learning.
How do I know what level my child should join?
We have a detailed description of each level listed above on the page to help guide your choice. If you’re unsure, we recommend booking the level below what you think they might be at. If they’re ready, we can always move them up, but it’s better to build confidence than have to move them down.
Can we join mid term?
Yes! Our children’s swim program runs on a continuous schedule, so you can join at any time (subject to availability). We take breaks during school holidays, and you can find the full schedule on our website.
What does my child need for lessons?
They’ll need:
✔️ A swimsuit
✔️ Swim hat (we provide one when they join!)
✔️ Goggles
✔️ Towel
✔️ Flip flops/sliders for poolside
Our Swim 21 gear is also available in our online shop!

How long are lessons?
Children’s lessons are 30 minutes long, designed to balance skill development with fun — and keep them engaged from start to finish!
Can I watch lessons?
Yes! Parents/guardians are welcome to watch from the viewing area — it’s a great way to see your child’s progress.
What if my child misses a class?
If you give us 48 hours’ notice, we offer 1 replacement session per block of 10, based on availability. Replacement sessions must be used within 6 weeks, and can be a great way to try a new time or teacher too!
